Erica Fulton

Executive Director

Erica joined Dementia Bermuda as Executive Director in late 2023, during a period of significant growth and transformation for the organisation. Since then, Dementia Bermuda has expanded its programmes and clinical services, rebranded from Action on Alzheimer’s & Dementia, and merged with Northstar Dementia to create Bermuda’s only nonprofit providing comprehensive community-based dementia support.

Erica holds an undergraduate degree in European Studies from the University of Manchester, UK, and a Master’s degree in Charity Management from Roehampton University, UK. She has spent most of her career in Bermuda’s nonprofit sector, including leadership roles at WindReach Bermuda and Friends of Hospice.

Her work at Dementia Bermuda focuses on strengthening community-based dementia care, supporting family caregivers, increasing public awareness, and advocating for earlier intervention and better long-term support for people living with dementia in Bermuda.
