Katherine-Lee joined Dementia Bermuda as a volunteer in 2024 and more recently as Secretary of the Board in early 2025. She is driven by a deep-rooted commitment to giving back which is inspired by her mother, an active philanthropist. Her involvement with the organisation holds deep personal significance, as her mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s at just 55 years old. Having firsthand experience navigating the challenges of caregiving while balancing own life, Katherine is passionate about supporting others on a similar journey and helping connect families to vital resources.

Katherine brings a strong background in corporate administration, complemented by exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and expertise in maintaining accurate and organised corporate records.
